Voge Boutique is the trading name of VOGE LLC, a US company registered in Texas. We opened our first store in 2013 on the north side of San Antonio, and we still operate from the same address: 1846 N Loop 1604 W, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78248. Our team has been buying for the shop for over 10 years, and that experience shapes everything we sell online.

Detailed Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our San Antonio warehouse via USPS. We charge a flat $8 for shipping to any US address, but if your subtotal reaches $35, shipping is free. That threshold applies to the merchandise total before tax, and we do not charge extra for handling.
We process orders within 2 business days, not counting weekends or federal holidays. Once USPS picks up your package, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can check the status on the USPS website.
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, or a remote area, delivery may take a few extra days, but the cost remains $8.
Duties and taxes are handled by us, so you will not see any surprise charges at the door. All prices are in USD, and we accept credit and debit cards. If you have questions about a specific address, email info@vogeboutique.com before placing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There is no restocking fee, so you get back exactly what you paid for the item. To start a return, email info@vogeboutique.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number and the return address in San Antonio, TX.
Please do not ship items back before you receive that authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be matched to your order. Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 7 business days. Your bank may take another 3-5 business days to post the credit, so the total time from drop-off to seeing the money is usually under 2 weeks.
Return shipping costs depend on the reason. If the item is defective or we made an error, we provide a prepaid label. For other returns, the cost is deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the return label cost is typically around $8, depending on weight.
We also offer one exchange per order within 30 days, for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us your order number and the size you need, and we send a prepaid return label. If the size is out of stock, we issue a refund instead.
