Return and Exchange Details

We also offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, once per order, within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email us the order number and the size you need. We send a prepaid return label and cover the outbound shipping on the replacement. If the size you want is out of stock, we issue a refund instead. Exchanges are not available on final sale items.
Certain items are non-returnable: final sale and clearance items, opened intimate apparel and swimwear, pierced jewelry, and gift cards. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our receiving the return. Your bank may take another 3-5 business days to post the credit.
